We are entitled to extraordinary termination of this use agreement for good cause, in particular if</p> <ol> <li>You do not use your free account for a period of at least twelve (12) months;</li> <li>You culpably commit a serious breach of your obligations under these ToU;</li> <li>You communicate content via our Services that constitutes a criminal offense;</li> <li>You perform actions through which we are liable to third parties;</li> <li>We are obliged to block your account due to a legal obligation or official order.</li>
