2)Apple has updated it. I have read https://edit.tosdr.org and yet have no clue how to find/edit the info that controls Phoenix so it knows about the change. It's at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/icloud/en/terms.html and says, "Last revised: September 20, 2021". But that's all tangential to this point. That should be uncontroversial… I guess I should go to the forum and bring this up there.
