The SaaS Provider may terminate this Agreement by giving at least 30 Business Days’ notice to the Customer if the Customer is in breach (other than a trivial breach causing no material harm) of any provision of this Agreement and, where the breach is capable of remedy, the Customer has failed to remedy the breach within 30 Business Days of receipt of written notice from the SaaS Provider describing the breach and calling for it to be remedied. </li> <li>
