Accounts that have been inactive or disabled either by You contacting NEXTERS and requesting the Account be terminated, by You using NEXTERS’s administration tools to terminate the account, or by NEXTERS’s account service team due to these Terms or otherwise, may be permanently deleted at least seven (7) days, as applicable, after the date of the Account’s termination unless you agree to pay NEXTERS’s applicable maintenance fee for the inactive accounts. </p> <p>
