There's a 14-day ultimatum to leave the service if you don't like the
changes. Google provide notices on the ToS page, and notices of changes
in additional terms to specific service on the ToS page. Users should
"look at the terms regularly." This could be improved…

What's the practice exactly? Do you think the notice is sufficiently
prominent for the user?
