("<strong>Livepeer</strong>", "<strong>we</strong>" or "<strong>us</strong>") is committed to protecting your privacy.
The purpose (the "<strong>Purpose</strong>") of this Site is to allow you to register to receive Livepeer tokens ("<strong>LPT</strong>") solely for use on the Livepeer network (the "<strong>Network</strong>") as a staking token (which is explained in more detail in our participation agreement at livepeer.org/participation-agreement (the "<strong>Participation Agreement</strong>") and for us to distribute the Livepeer tokens in accordance with the Participation Agreement.
Without limiting the foregoing, you agree to the processing of your Personal Data in connection with the Purpose, including compliance with any regulatory requirements.</p>
Types of Data We Collect.
"Personal Data"</strong> means data that allows someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data."<strong>Anonymous Data</strong>" means data that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Data.
Anonymous Data does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons.

Information You Provide to Us.</strong>
<strong>4.</strong> We may collect Personal Data from you, such as your first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, country of residence, and mailing addresses and password when you register on the Site (<strong>"Registration"</strong>).</p>
<strong>5.</strong> In connection with regulatory requirements, we or our third party providers may collect your social security number, date of birth, address history and photo images of you.
In the alternative, we or our third party provider may use the phone number that you have provided to collect the social security number, date of birth and address history associated with such phone number(s) from other parties to allow us to comply with the regulatory requirements.</p>

Information Collected via Technology</strong>
