Tresorit is requested or directed to do so by any competent court of law, government authority, public agency, or law enforcement agency;</p> </li> <li> <p>Customer is or becomes subject to any bankruptcy or similar proceedings. or</p> </li> <li> <p>if, in its sole discretion, Tresorit believes that continued use of the Services by Customer or his Company Administered Users creates legal risk for Tresorit or presents a threat to the security of the Services or other customers.</p> </li>
