You agree that in respect of any dispute arising upon, over or in respect of any of the terms and conditions of these Terms, only the Alternative Dispute Resolution forum in the State of New York shall have jurisdiction to try and adjudicate such dispute to the exclusion of the State of New York’s Court system.</li>
