DISPUTE RESOLUTION <p>This Agreement and any matter or dispute arising out of or related to the subject matter of the Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Specifically excluded from application to this Agreement is that law known as the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods.</p> <p>
