I don't understand what's being asked here, or why. "Mywifiext" has absolutely nothing to do with smartmessages.net. Our terms of service don't say anything at all about feedback or suggestions. I'm also not clear why this would be considered a negative – isn't the point of feedback or change requests that the service take on those suggestions? As far as I can see, the only way not to be marked down for this is if a service is 100% Affero GPL licensed, where the source code of the service and everything created using it must be open sourced. I don't know of any service that's available under such terms. It also seems very likely that permitting ownership of suggestions would be heavily exploited by patent trolls.
