<br> <br>OUTSIDE OF THE ABOVE, THE ACCOUNT OWNER AGREES THAT NOTETRACKS MAY CONTINUE CHARGING THE ACCOUNT OWNER FOR ANY USE OF PAID SERVICES UNDER THE ACCOUNT UNLESS THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN TERMINATED.<br> <br>If the amount to be charged to the Account varies from the amount preauthorized (other than due to the imposition or change in the amount of provincial, state or any other VAT or sales taxes), the Account Owner has the right to receive, and Notetracks shall provide, notice of the amount to be charged and the date of the charge before the scheduled date of the transaction.
