If the EdTech Impact is found liable for any loss or damage that arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of the Site or Services, then its total liability (whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) for all claims will in no event exceed the greater of: (a) the sums paid by you to EdTech Impact for the transaction(s) on the Site giving rise to the claim. or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100).</p>Electronic notification policy<p>By using the Services, you consent to receiving from EdTech Impact all communications including notices, agreements, legally required disclosures, newsletters or other information in connection with the Services (collectively, "Contract Notices") electronically. Additionally, EdTech Impact reserves the right to contact Educators regarding their review and Suppliers regarding their use of the Services, by telephone or email. EdTech Impact may provide such electronic Contract Notices by posting them on the Site or by emailing an Educator or Supplier directly using the email address held on account or otherwise provided.
