THIS LIMITATION IS CUMULATIVE AND WILL NOT BE INCREASED BY THE EXISTENCE OF MORE THAN ONE INCIDENT OR CLAIM. ONEPLUS DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY OF ANY KIND OF ONEPLUS’S LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS. </p> <p> 10.3. The foregoing limitations shall not apply to (i) any claim by OnePlus against the customer for violation of intellectual property rights, or (ii) for payment of the amount due to OnePlus by the customer for Products and services purchased under these Terms of Sale. </p> <p> 10.4.
