We respect Do-not track request and even encourage people's to block the trackers and third party cookies in there browser, perhaps as stated on Mozilla developer this header is deprecated so you can delete this point is you want but I am security guard in real life and I respect confidentiality for sure. Users have the customize choice regarding cookies and the option of blocking trackers in there browser and I believe that without the header it does respect it, the only reason to put a DNT header is to not respect them.
