https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/tosdr/1H-tGSXIt1Q/cA4zKCrLV-QJ I think maybe it's worth mentioning under the point "Transparency on law enforcement requests" in the details page that Google not only "makes clear what standards and rules law enforcement requests must follow" but also reveals how many of them they became as well as actually answered. Naturally Google has to follow the law in each country but few companys really care about checking the legality of incoming requests as far as I know. In the FAQ Google writes "whenever we receive a request we make sure it meets both the letter and spirit of the law before complying".
