By Posting a Material, if such facility is provided by the Service, you represent and warrant that you own the Material posted or submitted or that you have obtained permission from the rightful owner of the Material to Post, use or display it on iWantTFC, including but not limited to person/s whose faces, names and/or images appear therein or mentioned thereon, or the persons who own or have the right in and to any and all elements in and to the Materials. You also hereby grant ABS-CBN, and its Affiliates, an absolute, unencumbered, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use the Material in whole or in part, in any and all media or platform now existing or hereinafter developed.
