approved: This point is valid in the terms, but the terms are most likely untrue. I find it very hard to believe that Google and Microsoft who are setting spy cookies on godaddy website have signed any kind of confidentiality agreements with godaddy. Moreover, godaddy has a particularly bad track record with honesty, fair business practises and privacy in general. I have approved the point although someone should put a stop to dishonesty of the company and sue them for their ToS.
