Also falls in "This service can use your content for all their existing and future services" but that's not really worrying (they're supposed to resell your games, so use in more services should mean more exposure).
Key point here is they request the rights to do whatever they want with our content (notably broad "derivatives", and without mentioning any kind of payment) while they're just supposed to resell the content or make very specific changes like repacking.
This ends within a "commercially reasonable time" after you remove your content which is vague too.
