There's now a terms-of-service section at the bottom of the page that explicitly says that it "doesn't have any scripts, cookies, ads, trackers, Facebook links, or anything else that might poke around in your private parts".
They could still log your IP address in the server logs. Most webservers log IP address by default. So it's still not entirely accurate, but I think it's close enough to approve now :)
