Any dispute relating in any way to Your visit to the Website shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in England</u> except that, to the extent You have in any manner violated or threatened to violate the Company’s intellectual property rights, the Company may seek injunctive, equitable, or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court and the User consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the English courts.
