4.3 Medal allows you to post content, including video (clips), comments, links, and other materials on the Platform. Anything that you post or otherwise make available, in the broadest sense, on the Platform is referred to as User Generated Content. You retain all (Intellectual Property) rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Generated Content you post on the Platform. By uploading any User Generated Content, you represent and warrant that: i. doing so does not violate or infringe any rights of a third-party; and ii. you created the User Generated Content you are uploading, or have a sufficient license, or are otherwise authorized to upload the User Generated Content consistent with these Terms.
