Except for Section 21, paragraph 22.2 and paragraph 22.3, and unless the law of your country of residence states otherwise, the laws of England and Wales will govern the interpretation of these Terms and apply to claims for breach of it. If there is a Dispute between us regarding these Terms, then that Dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England unless the law in your country of residence allows you to choose the courts of that country for the Dispute in question. If you are resident in a member state of the European Union, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws in your member state.
