eM Client or its authorized representative will provide support for the Software to Customers according to the purchased or activated License model within the scope and under the conditions specified in the Support options terms available at <a href="https://www.emclient.com/support">https://www.emclient.com/support</a> (the "<strong>Support</strong>").
