In any instance involving performance or nonperformance by Sonic with respect to Services provided hereunder, Customer’s sole remedy shall be a refund of a pro-rated portion of the price paid for Service, which was not provided after the first twenty-four (24) consecutive hours in which the Service failed to meet the quality of service standards represented.
