14.1.</strong> If you use the Services outside the United States, these ToU shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these ToU shall be the City of Zurich, Switzerland, except as provided in Section 15.</p> <p><strong>14.2.</strong> If you use the Services in the United States, these ToU shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules that would require or permit the application of laws from another jurisdiction.
