12.2.</strong> In cases of slight negligence, our liability shall be limited to foreseeable, direct damages, and shall not exceed €500 (or the equivalent in local currency), unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.</p> <p><strong>12.3.</strong> In case of slight negligence, our liability is limited to the breach of material contractual obligations. Material contractual obligations are those obligations that make the proper performance of the agreement possible in the first place and on the fulfillment of which you may rely. In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, our liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the agreement.
