The Generative Tools may include artificial intelligence and other tools and technologies provided by third parties, and you acknowledge that your use of the Generative Tools may involve access to your Inputs and Outputs by Descript and/or such third parties and that such access may occur pursuant to agreements you enter into with those third parties in addition to these Terms.
