You must not use virtual cards:</p> <ul> <li>In a deceptive manner or to commit fraud;</li> <li>To violate, or assist in the violation of, any law, statute, regulation;</li> <li>To violate, or assist in the violation of a sanctions program administered by the U.S. Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN); or</li> <li>With businesses or services in these categories: gambling, betting, lotteries, cash disbursement, quasi-cash, cryptocurrency, money transfer, foreign currency exchange, securities, pornography, dating and escort services, firearms, alcohol and liquor, telemarketing, multi-level marketing or any illegal activities.</li>
