The contracting parties are obligated to keep confidential all information that becomes accessible to them, which is designated as confidential or is recognizable as business or trade secrets according to other circumstances, for a period of five years from the time it becomes known, and to neither record nor pass on or utilize it, unless required for the business relationship.
