By providing User Content to or via the Websites or the PicMonkey Services, you hereby grant PicMonkey a non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, transfer, display, use, store, perform, reproduce, copy, modify for the purpose of formatting for display, and create derivative works based upon User Content and to distribute and make available to third parties the User Content, in whole or in part, in any media formats and through any media channels no known or hereafter developed, for all purposes in connection with operating the Websites and providing the PicMonkey Services.
