<p>StartMail may immediately terminate the Agreement and delete the Account in the event of a violation of the Terms of Use, and retain any evidence or information relevant to this decision. In the event of such termination, StartMail will notify the User by means of the Recovery E-mail Address, if one was previously set.</p>
