The internet archive has deleted many archives even if they are just URLS from youtube. They have deleted all archives of the existing profile https://youtube.com/@littlestjeff1, trying to see if it is archived and clicking a result will just redirect saying it doesn't exist.

If a service does shady stuff that falls outside of the terms then it is their responsibility to include said behaviour in the updated terms. We can't judge a service out of anecdotes unless material and irrefutable proof (and with proper context) is provided.
