By providing any User Contribution on the&nbsp;Site, you grant us and our&nbsp;affiliated service&nbsp;providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns&nbsp;(collectively “<strong>Third-Party Providers</strong>”) the worldwide,&nbsp;perpetual, irrevocable,&nbsp;royalty-free, assignable, sublicensable, transferable,&nbsp;and non-exclusive license and&nbsp;right to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display,&nbsp;adapt,&nbsp;distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such&nbsp;User Contributions&nbsp;as we see fit&nbsp;to maintain and improve the Site, Application and Services&nbsp;in any medium.
