<em>California Rights:</em> </strong> Effective January 1, 2020, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) , California residents may annually request a list of the third parties to which a company discloses “personal information” (as defined in the CCPA) for such third parties’ marketing purposes and the types of information disclosed.
