As a Campaign Owner, you will independently fulfill all duties required of “businesses” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), including its implementing regulations. As a “business” under the CCPA, you will, without limitation: (1) provide notices to consumers as required by the CCPA, including providing a privacy policy and a notice of financial incentives, as applicable.
