These Terms of Use are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.</p> <p>Except with respect to Disputes to be resolved through an arbitration process in accordance with the Arbitration Agreement contained above, you and Tubi agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware to resolve any Dispute arising out of the Agreement or the Tubi Services.
