Any Dispute shall be determined by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. If you bring a claim subject to arbitration, you will pay toward the fees and deposits imposed by the AAA or other arbitrator only an amount equal to the amount you would have had to pay as filing fees and initial court costs if you had filed suit in a court of competent jurisdiction.
