The Supplier may, in its sole discretion, temporarily or permanently disable, close or restrict access to any User Account that is used for infringing on anyone's Intellectual Property or proprietary or personal rights or to perform any of the acts mentioned in section 8.7, and shall not be liable for any loss, damage or other undesirable consequences resulting therefrom.
