Thefollowingtermsconstituteour“AcceptableUsePolicy”:,(a)YouagreenottousetheSitetocollect,upload,transmit,display,ordistributeanyUser, C ontent(i)thatviolatesanythird-partyright,includinganycopyright,trademark,patent,tradesecret,moralright,,privacyright,rightofpublicity,oranyotherintellectualpropertyorproprietaryright,(ii)thatisunlawful,,harassing,abusive,tortious,threatening,harmful,invasiveofanother’sprivacy,vulgar,defamatory,false,,intentionallymisleading,tradelibelous,pornographic,obscene,patentlyoffensive,promotesracism,bigotry,,hatred,orphysicalharmofanykindagainstanygrouporindividualorisotherwiseobjectionable,(iii)thatis,harmfultominorsinanyway,or(iv)thatisinviolationofanylaw,regulation,orobligationsorrestrictions,imposedbyanythirdparty.
