(v) is libelous, slanderous, defamatory, bullying, harassing, abusive, threatening, vulgar, exploitative, obscene, harmful, sexually explicit, inflammatory, offensive or discriminatory in any way or is otherwise objectionable, such determination to be made in Surf’s sole discretion.
