(vi) Your User Content is not unlawful or is or contains any matter that is defamatory, libellous, inaccurate, offensive, indecent, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, distressing, vulgar, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or infringes on our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights or otherwise inappropriate or objectionable.
