All other visual depictions displayed on this Website are exempt from the record keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. Section 2257(a)(c) and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because said visual depictions were made, produced, manufactured, published, duplicated, reproduced, or reissued prior to July 3, 1995, the matter contains only visual depictions of simulated sexually explicit conduct, or the matter contains depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity.
