Each party may terminate the Agreement upon written notice if the other party is in material breach of the terms of the Agreement, and such breach is not cured within 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of written notice of such breach. Furthermore, AppsFlyer shall have a right to immediately suspend the Services in the event of: (i) non-payment.
