If we collect or receive any fingerprint data or other biometric information, we will securely store it on our servers within the United States and will retain it until the initial purpose for collecting the information or identifiers has been satisfied or for three (3) years from the individual's last interaction, whichever comes first, or longer if needed for purposes of fraud detection and investigation, pursuant to our legal obligations, or as otherwise communicated to you.
