on termination or expiry of the Subscription Term, retain the Relevant Personal Data for a period of 60 days and then destroy, delete or return (as the Customer directs) all Relevant Personal Data and delete all existing copies of such data unless required by law to keep or store such Relevant Personal Data no later than 90 days from the date of termination or expiry.
