Glitch will Process Personal Data as necessary to perform the Services pursuant to the Agreement, as further specified in the Documentation and in accordance with User’s use of the Services.</p> <p> <i>Purpose(s) of the data transfer and further processing</i> </p> <p>The objective of processing of personal data by data importer is the performance of the Services pursuant to the Agreement with data exporter. </p> <p> <i>The period for which the personal data will be retained, or, if that is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period</i> </p> <p>Personal Data is retained consistent with data exporter’s instructions and data importer’s documentation.</p> <p> <i>
