In the event the Data Processing Agreement ends, AskAnna deletes or return, within a reasonable time, all personal data received from client that it has in its possession in such a way that they can no longer be used and are rendered inaccessible.</li> <li>The provisions of article 6.1 do not apply if statutory provisions should prohibit AskAnna to delete the personal data or return these, in part or in full.
