Partial invalidity in the event that any provision of the Terms of Use should be deemed null or unenforceable by a court decision having the authority of res judicata and passed into force of res judicata, the parties agree to attempt to limit as much as possible the scope of this nullity or this inapplicability may be so that the other contractual provisions remain in force and that the economic balance of the Conditions of Use is, as far as possible, respected.</p> 22.4.<p>
