If any contract provision not identified herein is contrary ,to the rights and protections afforded to you by federal law pursuant to 10 U.S.C. § 987 and its ,implementing regulations, including, but not limited to 32 C.F.R. § 232.8, then the conflicting ,provisions or proscribed terms are inoperative and shall have no force and effect. However, all ,remaining contract terms and provisions not proscribed or prohibited will remain in full force and ,effect.
