Miscellaneous <p>14.1. Severability – Each term and provision of these Terms of Sale shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any provision hereof, in whole or in part, is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or portion thereof shall be deemed deleted and replaced by a term or provision that is valid and enforceable and that comes closest to expressing the intention of the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision.
